Returns & Refunds Policy

DAMAGED & LOST GOODS

If your order was broken or damaged during delivery, or does not arrive at all, please let us know immediately.  If possible please take a photograph of the damaged product and email us on info@thewildcoasttradingcompany.co.za so that we can decide whether we need you to return the item or not prior to sending your item.  We will certainly replace damaged/lost items.   

CHANGE OF MIND

Please make sure that you are certain of your purchase prior to buying.  Custom made goods, especially, cost the artisans a lot to make, and thoughtless purchases do affect their businesses negatively, thank you!

We do comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) which allows you, the consumer, the following rights:

  • A general right to return within 7 days of receiving the item;
  • For any reason;
  • Without penalty.

Please note the following:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
  • You will be liable for postage costs returning the item back to us, and will need to use a traceable form of postage such as courier, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
  • We do not accept returns for gift vouchers.
