In the making of this artwork the artist Hermanus, Lwandile has created a depiction of students protesting at The University of Free State in Bloemfontein, South Africa. Students were protesting over #FeesMustFall. As you can see in the artwork students are holding a banner with the words ‘Education is a powerful tool’.

As much as education is the key to success, students they do not think they should pay for fees.
