In this artwork the artist, Hermanus, Lwandile depicted the portrait of the former South African President Jacob Zuma on a big TV screen in a root top of Union building, addressing students. On the 23rd of October the former president was about to announce the results of the meeting that there will be 0% increase for the year of 2016.

A thousand student protesters standing outside The Union Buildings decided to break down the fence and gain access and stand in front of The Union Building. Riot police used tear gas and rubber bullets to disperse the protesters, President Jacob Zuma was going to address students at 12:00 midday but he addressed them at 15:00 via television that there would be 0% increase for the year of 2016.

The artist that most influence Hermanus L. in the making of this artwork was Kabelo Kim Modise who specialises in portraits.
